    1. Overview

    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "customer") with 24ans. Hereinafter referred to as "24ans", "the Brand" or "we", on the 24ans website, mobile website or phone (collectively "24ans.com").

    Please ensure you have read and understood these terms before placing an order. A prerequisite for starting to use the store and placing an order is to read and accept these regulations.

    The inclusion of any products or services on 24ans.com at a particular time does not imply or guarantee that those products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

    Customers who register in the store and make a purchase provide their personal data and consent to their processing by 24ans sp. Under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

    The Customer has the opportunity to use the Store by registering and creating a private account (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer Account"), in which personal data and information related to orders placed by the Customer in the Store are collected, without registration.     Customers shall be held responsible for providing false personal data. The Seller reserves the right to refuse processing and cancel product orders if the Customer provides false data or if such data gives rise to reasonable doubts by the Seller as to its correctness. In this case, we will inform the customer by phone or email of the reason for canceling the order. In this case, the customer has the right to explain all circumstances related to verification of the authenticity of the data provided and cancellation of the order. If there is a lack of data that would allow the store to contact the customer, the store will provide any explanation after the customer contacts it.

    The customer is responsible for all transactions conducted using a login and password, unless the login or password information is disclosed to a third party through no fault of the customer. The Store promises to make every effort to protect logins and passwords from disclosure. The Client undertakes to make every effort to protect login names and passwords from being disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

    The Store is not responsible for customers transferring their account logins or passwords to third parties. Customer shall notify the Store if the email account provided by Customer when registering a Customer account expires, changes or is deleted.

    The Customer declares that all data provided by him for the purpose of processing the order are true and the Store is under no obligation to verify their authenticity and correctness.

    24ans wants to provide the best possible online experience. In order to achieve this, we need to ensure that our services are functioning properly. We reserve the right to immediately ban access to the Site and close the account of any user who breaches these Terms or any other term in these Terms and Conditions.

    Persons under the age of eighteen (18) (or the legal age of majority in your country) are not allowed to use the Store.

    2. Price and shipping charges

    Prices shown on 24ans.com include statutory VAT in EU countries but exclude third country import duties, charges and delivery taxes. This fee is determined by your local customs authority. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs. Depending on the country of delivery, different Incoterms delivery terms may apply.

    Transportation costs are also not included and will be confirmed on the checkout page.

    Shipping costs and import duties, fees and taxes do not apply to free shipping thresholds.

    3. Order/sign a contract

    You can order via 24ans.com.

    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email if you have provided us with your email address. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used for payment. If for any reason alternative arrangements are required, you will be notified and asked to contact 24ans Customer Services who will resolve the refund issue.

    4. Pre-order

    24ans reserves the right to introduce special offers such as "Pre-Order"/"Waiting List" under which customers can purchase items from a new range even before the range is officially on sale.

    By booking you agree to be bound by these Product Booking Terms and the General Terms and Conditions.

    When booking, your contact information must be accurate and updated. If we do not have accurate or updated contact information, we will not be able to notify you of your booking at any time.

    When you place a reservation, you are required to pay the full price of the product ordered plus any applicable delivery charges.

    Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as possible based on availability. Please note that product release and availability dates are subject to change and we are not responsible for any changes to such dates.

    5. Delivery

    24ans uses its best endeavors when accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your chosen delivery option but no later than 30 days after payment for your order.

    You will be informed of estimated delivery details and costs before you place your order. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery details. Once your order is confirmed and packed in our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

    Please note that it is your responsibility to accept the package once it has been shipped.

    If you refuse delivery or pay fees due to your country's domestic tax policies or import regulations, we will deduct the cost of returning the package from your refund. Deductions include UPS pre-paid duties and fees for returning the package.

    6. Duties and taxes

    Final prices for all countries/regions within China (Mainland) include VAT.

    Orders to China (Mainland) are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means all import taxes and duties are included in the final price. Or on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means taxes and duties are not included in the final price. You can choose between DDU and DDP options at checkout.

    Shipping to countries not mentioned above is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means taxes and duties are not included in the final price.

    7. Returns

    You may return any item to us, including sale items, within 14 days of receipt of your original order. Please remember that items must be unworn and unwashed and have all 24ans tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but you can return it for a refund and place a new order with your preferred size, color, or item. Please note - duties, taxes and original shipping costs are non-refundable. As an international customer, you can return your package using any postal service. Please note - you are responsible for shipping costs.

    If you receive a defective item, please notify 24ans immediately and return the item to the address below. For any product deemed defective, 24ans will provide a new product or provide a full refund, including shipping charges.

    You are still responsible for your parcel until it reaches us - please remember to ask for a dispatch receipt, so if your parcel is lost in the post you will have proof that you have dispatched it. When you return your order, please remember to include the returns form (which you can download here) with your parcel. Your return usually takes up to 21 business days to arrive back to China (Mainland), depending on your location and the postal service you use. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

    8. Payment method

    We generally accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card and Payment via Paypal. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a particular order and to refer to alternative payment methods.

    Credit card or payment card

    You can enter your payment details when placing your order using a valid credit or payment card (with VISA or Mastercard logo). The applicable amount will be held on your credit/payment card immediately but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. Please note that applicable bank fees will be borne by you.

    Paypal

    When paying via PayPal, the applicable amount will be immediately held in your PayPal account but will not be deducted until the goods are shipped from the warehouse. 24ans reserves the right to refuse any purchase.

    You will receive the legally required invoice in your package.

    9. Our responsibilities

    Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage related to your order on 24ans.com is limited to the total price of your order.

    10. Statutory right of revocation and statutory liability for defects

    This clause only applies to customers in China (Mainland) who wish to cancel the contract in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations.

    You have a statutory right of withdrawal.

    Information on the right of withdrawal:

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you (but not the carrier) takes possession of the last item. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us a clear statement (e.g. by postal letter or e-mail). You can use the accompanying revocation form if you wish, but there is no obligation to do so. You can also complete and submit a revocation form or other express statement online via the contact form on our website. If you submit your revocation notification online, we will immediately send you a receipt confirmation (e.g. by e-mail). If you send a revocation notice before the revocation period has expired, you will be deemed to have complied with the revocation period.

    Consequences of revocation

    If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (other than any additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a delivery method other than the lowest cost standard delivery we offer) without liability any liability. without undue delay and at least 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.     For contracts involving sealed goods, the right of cancellation terminates early if the goods have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons.

    The products offered in the store are all new and original. The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer for any non-conformity with the Contract existing at the time of delivery of the Goods and becoming apparent within two years from that date.

    If the goods do not comply with the provisions of the contract, consumers have the right to demand that the goods comply with the provisions of the contract, reduce the price proportionally, or terminate the contract.

    In order for the goods to conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between repair and replacement, unless the remedy chosen is impossible or, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, would result in the seller's loss compared with other remedies.     11. Guarantee

    If the goods you purchase are defective, 24ans adheres to all statutory warranty provisions. If you have a complaint about goods supplied by us that have an obvious material or manufacturing defect (including damage incurred in transit), please inform us immediately by returning the goods to us using the pre-printed returns form provided.

    12. Severance pay

    If any part of these Terms is prohibited or found to be invalid by any court or regulatory authority, the other provisions shall continue to apply.

    13. Ownership of rights

    All intellectual property rights, such as the trademark and copyright of 24ans.com, belong to 24ans LTD. and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of 24ans.com or its content, including the reproduction or storage of such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, without the permission of 24ans is prohibited

    15. Final Terms

    The laws of China (Mainland) shall apply to the sales contract for products in the store. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, or any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, shall be submitted to China Exclusive jurisdiction of (Mainland) law. The jurisdiction of the courts of China (Mainland) or the courts of your place of residence (if applicable law provides for this).

    These regulations neither exclude nor limit any rights of the customer as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law. If the provisions of these Regulations conflict with mandatory provisions of law that grant consumers broader rights, these provisions shall prevail.

    24ans reserves the right to modify the terms of this Regulation for important reasons, in particular:

    (a) To adapt them to laws of general application,

    b) In order to eliminate terms that may infringe the customer's interests,

    c) In connection with changes or expansions in the range of services and goods provided by the store,

    d) in relation to changes, limitations or expansions of 24ans’ business profile,

    e) Relevant to organizational change in terms of 24ans.

    The changes referred to in paragraph 2 will not be binding on customers who placed orders before the following changes to the terms and conditions, unless these changes are caused by mandatory provisions of law. If there are any changes to the terms and conditions, the customer will be notified via the email address specified when placing the order.

    If the Terms and Conditions change, the Store will notify the Customer electronically (to the email address specified in the Customer's account or when placing the order) and by posting the new Terms and Conditions of the new content of the Terms and Conditions at least for the period of the new Terms and Conditions. Conditions are published on the store website 14 days before they come into effect. If the Customer does not accept the content of the new provisions, he/she has the right to terminate the contract with 24ans regarding the Customer Account at any time by submitting a declaration of intention to delete the Customer Account.

    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is modified or invalidated by a final court decision, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain valid and binding on the parties.

    Please note that any comments and suggestions from customers are always welcome and desirable from a 24ans policy perspective, with the primary objective of acting in the interest of the store's customers.
